This Ban Ki-Moon's desperate operation was mounted after the failure of forbidden operation. Ban Ki-moon risked to jeopardize the most essential function of country for the sake of cover-up of Ban Ki-Moon -his crimes and terrorist activities-. It shows vividly how much Ban Ki-Moon cares about his impeccable reputation and career and do not mind about other oppressed people who have to be cared. Today Mr. Ban -candidate of UN secretary general- turned several policemen into criminals for his splendid career. I have to wait long time to write it.

One year later - 26 June 2007 – Marking the International Day in Support of
Victims of Torture, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and other United Nations
officials today roundly denounced the practice and called on all countries to
ratify the international treaty that bans it.
To commemorate the Day, “let us speak with one voice against the perpetrators of torture, and for all who suffer at their hands,” Mr. Ban said in a message. “And let us build a better, more humane world for all people everywhere.”
